Ciara - Gimme Dat

Well you probably already know who Ciara is. (Honestly, I didn't... before this song came out.) She's an R&B artist (not really a pop music artist), but this song is the catchiest one I've heard this entire month. I think I will make this my unofficial anthem for the New Year! "I've been gone for too long, now it's time to take it back" <-- best hook ever. I believe Ciara's referring to how she hasn't had much success in the music biz lately, and is trying to reclaim her throne. Well good luck to her! I actually might check out her album...

As you think about your New Year's resolutions and look back on 2010, what have YOU been gone too long from? For me, it's everything... Are you ready to take it back in 2011? I, for one, am sooo ready! :D

Grand Reopening!

Happy New Year everyone!! It's 2011! (or will be in a few hours).

I am announcing the Grand Reopening of this blog. I really missed it, but I just had too much to do. Well, now that I have finished college apps, I will be able to post and update more. So... I thought it would be a good idea to take this blog off hiatus. New posts will start in the New Year!
